Read the current privacy policy

The seller’s privacy policy describes account information, purchase details, created content and usage data. Read the complete policy to understand what is collected, why it is used, how long it is retained and which service providers may process it.

Avoid uploading confidential client material until you have checked the terms, permissions and any available data controls. For sensitive work, ask the seller what happens to prompts and media after generation and whether the chosen plan has different settings.

Get permission for voices and likenesses

Voice cloning or imitation can affect a real person’s rights and reputation. Obtain clear permission from the speaker, limit use to what they approved and do not create a false impression that a person said or endorsed something they did not.

Use licensed images, scripts, logos, music and source footage. Keep a record of the license or consent that covers each asset, especially if a client will publish or resell the finished film.

Outreach data has its own rules

If an annual plan includes prospect search or outreach features, comply with marketing, privacy and anti-spam laws that apply to your audience and location. A tool does not make unsolicited outreach lawful or guarantee the recipient’s interest.

Review the Commercial license guide and agency workflow notes. The seller’s own privacy policy is linked in our source list.
